The Finishers Edge Guide System is the most versatile guide available for straight-line work. It provides the accuracy and reliability necessary to give the both the professional and the home owner a value-added advantage where straight-line accuracy is required.
It doesn't pay to make mistakes.
The Finishers Edge Guide System was originally created for creating accurate straight-line cuts in concrete for both decorative and structural features. Being able to produce a quality finished product requires perfect execution. A single mistake can quickly destroy the profitability of a project that would otherwise pay handsomely if done correctly the first time. Finishers Edge products are developed to provide the user with the ability to perform the task professionally, and the confidence to bid projects knowing that it will be done correctly the first time.
The Finishers Edge Guide System is a commercial-grade, straight-line track system that is configurable to a wide variety of instruments and tools. Mating a robust track system to a gripping surface that is designed to cushion and protect the working surface provides a tool system that can't be beat for increasing yield where accuracy and productivity is demanded.
Though the Finishers Edge Guide System was originally developed and used in the concrete industry, applications quickly grew with it's adaptability to a large range of tasks that required straight-line accuracy for moderate to large-sized tools. Applications include cutting of: plywood, finished products (doors and windows), sheet metal, decks and most any other material!

Using the Finishers Edge is very simple. The Finishers Edge operates on friction rather than clamps, greatly reducing the time it takes to set up for straight-line work, and eliminating the risk of marring or other blemishes caused by clamps or additional equipment.
Example, for use with circular saws:
- Align the track approximately 1 1/8" from your line for worm drive saws and 2 1/8" for Porter Cable saws.
- The patented slip resistant material holds the track firmly in place, even during cutting so you don't have to!
- On the saw, set the blade to the desired depth then align the saw onto the track so the Guide Puck rides in the track and guides the saw.
- For cuts longer than 10 feet, put tracks end to end and alternate them in a "leap frog" method until desired length is achieved. Multiple tracks can also be set up on several lines quickly, so you can easily move from one cut to the next.
